Accolades Physician Resources in Virginia Beach is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for outpatient primary care. The role offers 100% outpatient duties, no nights or weekends, and hours from 8am to 5pm with minimal call, focusing on complex geriatric care and comprehensive treatment planning.

You will supervise Advanced Practitioners within a multidisciplinary team and have potential for over $300k total income in year one, with a sign-on bonus and generous time off and benefits from day

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain Virginia medical license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with seniors required; geriatrics fellowship preferred.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine; US work visa holder acceptable.

Responsibilities

• See patients in a 100% outpatient clinic with no nights or weekends.
• Clinic hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with minimal call.
• Diagnose and treat complex conditions; develop best treatment plans.
• Foster ongoing patient relationships with thorough, compassionate care.
• Supervise/collaborate with Advanced Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team (nurses, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists).
