Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Department of Neurology seeks a qualified individual to join the faculty as an outpatient General Neurologist. Board certification in General Neurology is required. Candidates with a focus on Headache & Migraine are welcome to apply, and fellowship training in Headache is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certification in General Neurology is required.
• Fellowship training in Headache is preferred.
• Outpatient General Neurology focus with potential inpatient exposure.
• VISA candidates are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurological care across a broad range of diseases.
• Collaborate with subspecialists in Neurology and Neurosurgery.
• May participate in 1–2 weeks on General Neurology Inpatient service.
• Contribute to outreach clinics in West Ashley, Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, and Summerville/Nexton areas surrounding Charleston, SC.
