Job summary

Critical Access Health Center in Elma, WA is seeking a Gastroenterologist for outpatient care, including endoscopy and colonoscopy. You would join a small team of 2 MDs and 1 GI PA, with flexible scheduling options (3×12h or 4×10h days) and an average workload of about 16 patients daily.

Compensation includes a base salary in the $500,000–$560,000 range with production and organizational bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation/sign-on support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in gastroenterology.
• Outpatient focus with endoscopy and colonoscopy responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a small team with physicians and GI PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient gastroenterology services.
• Perform outpatient endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Manage an average of 16 patients per day.
• Work three 12-hour days or four 10-hour days.
