Job summary

Allina Health is seeking outpatient family medicine physicians for primary care clinics across Minnesota and western Wisconsin, including Bloomington. You will provide care for patients of all ages with a relationship-based approach and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within a large nonprofit health system.

As part of a flexible, stable practice, you will have RN-supported triage, reasonable scheduling, and access to Excellian EHR and extensive specialty resources to support

Qualifications

MD/DO or equivalent medical training required.
Board eligible or board certified through ABMS or AOA.
Current unrestricted Minnesota medical license or ability to obtain one; Wisconsin licensure requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

Partner with patients to improve health and well-being through relationship-based primary care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate care and manage complex patient needs.
Respect diverse backgrounds and maintain professional/legal responsibilities in decisions.
Use quality improvement tools to strengthen care delivery and outcomes.
Participate in peer review and quality assurance as applicable.
