Job summary

HCRC consulting in Rocky Mount, NC seeks Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for outpatient primary care. Two openings include a Medical Director track requiring management experience; other physician role open to experienced physicians or new grads.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule with no on-call duties, competitive salary of $240k–$300k plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits, CME time, PTO, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Medical license in NC or willingness to obtain.
• Management experience required for the Medical Director position; recent grads considered for the other Physician opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for acute and chronic conditions.
• No on-call requirements; outpatient clinic hours 8–5, Monday–Friday.
• Support two physician openings, including a Medical Director track.
