Job summary

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) in Cary, NC for an outpatient-only, full-time role with no call. Compensation ranges from $240,000 to $300,000 plus bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible options.

The practice emphasizes a supportive clinical team, comprehensive preventive care, and patient-centered outcomes. Ideal candidates include those already in the area or recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD or DO with an active North Carolina medical license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute illnesses and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care, annual physicals, screenings, and immunizations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Provide geriatric care, women’s health services, and in-office procedures within your training and scope
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
