Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family and Internal Medicine Departments. This full‑time (1.0 FTE) salaried position involves providing 100% outpatient primary care with no after‑hours, on‑call, or inpatient duties. The role includes supporting the new Evolution project for SRS primary care and providing additional patient access across float locations in San Diego County.

Requirements / Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working full‑time as an NP or PA in an outpatient primary care clinical setting.
• Comfortable working independently.

Position Details

• Full‑time salaried position in Primary Care (Family or Internal Medicine).
• Float position located in various regions of San Diego County.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 1.0 FTE (one hour for lunch).
• 100% outpatient primary care – no after‑hours / no call / no inpatient work.
• Provide additional patient access and support the new Evolution project for SRS primary care.

Benefits & Compensation

Annual base salary range: $154,500.00 – $216,537.30. Additional compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
