Job summary

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hematology/Oncology Division. This full-time, 1.0 FTE position is based at the Frost Street North and La Mesa clinics in San Diego, CA, and focuses on outpatient care.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of NP/PA experience in outpatient hematology/oncology, active CA license, and board certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as NP/PA in outpatient hematology/oncology.

Requirements/Preferred Experience:

Position Details

• Full-time salaried position located at SRS Frost Street North and SRS la Mesa clinics
• 4 10-hour day schedule with one hour for lunch
• 100% outpatient supporting the general Hematology/Oncology Division
• No after-hours / no call / no inpatient work
• Provide additional patient access with routine follow-up care

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
