Position: Physical Therapist Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation – Chevy Chase, MD Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics Compensation: Starting at $80,000+, commensurate with experience Incentives: Up to $20,000 bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!)

We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. Whether you're an experienced clinician or looking to grow into a leadership role, we offer the support and resources to help you thrive. Our therapists treat an average of 11–12 patients per day, with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care.

Our clinic offers a diverse caseload including:

  • General Orthopedics
  • Vestibular Rehab

Have a specialty you're passionate about? We’re open to expanding our services based on your interests and expertise.

Schedule
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior)
  • Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate
Compensation & Perks
