Job summary

The Provider Finder is seeking an Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a 100% outpatient role in Shelton, CT. This full-time, permanent position works alongside top endocrinologists with a predictable weekday schedule.

The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient care, focusing on complex diabetes management with CGMs and thyroid disorders, requiring CT license, DEA, and CT CSR. Competitive benefits and incentives accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• Active CT License (NP or PA-C) + DEA / CT CSR.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical Endocrinology experience.
• Strong background in complex diabetes management, CGMs, and thyroid disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care alongside board-certified endocrinologists.
• Collaborate in assessment, treatment planning, and patient education in an outpatient setting.
• Manage diabetes technology and thyroid disorder management within the clinic.
