Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Endocrinologist to establish and grow a dedicated outpatient endocrinology practice within a well-supported health care system in Dothan, Alabama. This role provides 100% outpatient care with a supportive infrastructure designed for efficient, high-quality patient care and flexibility to shape the practice based on clinical interests.

Compensation includes a base salary with productivity incentives and a $100,000 signing bonus,

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care including diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions.
• Develop and grow a high-volume outpatient practice supported by a strong referral network.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Utilize in-house diagnostic services to support efficient clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.

Responsibilities
