Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to establish and grow a dedicated outpatient endocrinology practice within a well-supported healthcare system in Alabama.

The role offers clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and the opportunity to build a high-volume practice in a collaborative environment, with 100% outpatient responsibilities and no inpatient call requirements.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible endocrinologist.
• Experience in outpatient endocrinology desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care including diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic/ hormonal conditions.
• Develop and grow a high-volume outpatient practice with strong referral network.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists for coordinated patient care.
• Utilize in-house diagnostic services to support clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical program development.
