Caduceus Medical Recruitment seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to establish and grow a dedicated outpatient endocrinology practice within a well-supported healthcare system. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy and strong referral support in a 100% outpatient setting.

The position offers the ability to build a high-volume practice in a collaborative environment with access to in-house diagnostics, teaching opportunities (optional), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible endocrinologist for outpatient practice.
• Ability to build and grow a dedicated outpatient endocrinology program.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care, including diabetes and thyroid management.
• Develop and grow a high-volume outpatient practice supported by referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Utilize in-house diagnostic services to aid decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
