CaduceusMedicalRecruitment is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to establish and grow a dedicated outpatient endocrinology practice within a well-supported healthcare system. This role offers clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and the opportunity to build a high-volume practice in a collaborative environment.

The position features 100% outpatient care with standard clinic hours, access to in-house diagnostic services, and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible endocrinologist sought for outpatient practice.
• 100% outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities or on-call.
• Clinical autonomy within a well-supported health system and strong referral base.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care including diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions and hormonal imbalances.
• Develop and grow a high-volume outpatient practice with a strong referral network.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Utilize in-house diagnostic services to support efficient clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
