Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Memphis, TN is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a care team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–24 hours per week with no weekends. Applicants must be an RDN or eligible, licensed in the state, and may obtain specialty certifications within one year of hire. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour with ongoing education perks.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible for the CDR exam
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or willing to obtain
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness for patients, families, staff, and community
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research in alignment with policies and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction goals
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training

Requirement: Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Specialty certification in CDCES, CEDRD, CHES or CSO preferred, or able to obtain within one year of hire.

Hourly Pay: $35/hour to $40/hour

What We’re Looking For:
