Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Memphis, TN is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

You’ll work Monday through Friday with 8–24 hours per week, and no weekends. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, with opportunities for CEUs and professional development to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training
