Qualifications

• RDN or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and patient education in acute care.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition guidelines in line with department policies.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives in nutrition care.
• Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to meet patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Mentor dietetic interns and staff where applicable.
