Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at Baptist Memphis Hospital in Memphis, TN, is hiring a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care/outpatient setting. You’ll assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and educate patients and families to support recovery and wellness.

The role offers weekday hours (8–24 per week) with no weekend shifts. RDN or CDR eligibility is required; licensure in the state and ongoing education support are provided to help you advance professionally.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness.
Evidence-Based Practice: Apply最新 research in alignment with the diet manual and facility protocols.
Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives for patient care and clinical excellence.
Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction.
Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns.
