Job summary
Compass Group is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will join a collaborative team delivering evidence-based nutrition care to improve patient outcomes.
Qualified candidates are Registered Dietitians or eligible for the CDR exam, with licensure in the practicing state. This role offers career growth, education support, and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
- Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or able to obtain.
- Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Education: guide nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff and the community.
- Evidence-Based Practice: apply current research in line with the diet manual and facility protocols.
- Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
- Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with the food service management team to meet patient satisfaction goals.
- Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns where applicable.
