Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns.
