Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with dialysis experience to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our unit. You will communicate with the care team, administer medications, and collaborate from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.

Current NJ RN license and BLS/CPR are required; BSN strongly preferred or obtained within 3 years. Expect a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team focused on patient outcomes.

Formación

• Current New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• 2 years of RN Dialysis experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, be accountable, work well in a team, and deliver patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies to provide safe, individualized patient-centered care for diverse patients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and health-care team regarding status, care, and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medications using the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
• Collaborate across disciplines from admission to discharge to ensure safe transition and continuum of care.
