Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to provide direct patient care in our inpatient dialysis setting. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, and tailor care plans to individual needs, partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS within 1 year; CRRN preferred. At least 6 months dialysis experience and inpatient hospital exposure are expected. Join us to support patient recovery and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can assist to obtain).
• Minimum 6 months dialysis nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients needing hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct assessments, create care plans.
• Educate staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards.
• Build relationships with patients addressing physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
