Qualifications

• Entry level: less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document and adjust treatment plans based on patient data.
• Ensure safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
