Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a skilled Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our dialysis team in Claxton, GA. This full-time onsite role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Practical Nursing credential, valid state licensure, strong communication skills, CPR certification, and the ability to coordinate care under supervision. Prior dialysis or med-surg experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN).
• Current state licensure is required.
• One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patient(s).
• Perform all dialysis procedures as prescribed and monitor treatments.
• Monitor and document dialysis parameters; update patient records.
• Report significant changes to the supervisor promptly.
• Educate patient and family about end-stage renal disease and dialysis therapy.
• Assist with emergency procedures and CPR when needed.
