Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• License MA Rad Tech-Computed Tomography required, or Registration Rdgrphy Nuc_Med Cmputd_Tmgrphy required.
• Certificate 1 American Registry of Radiologic Tech required.
• Certificate 2 Basic Life Support required.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patients for CT of various body parts and sets up equipment.
• Enters instructions into terminal for scan procedures and monitors performance for accuracy.
• Evaluates scan results for quality and completeness and adjusts display options as needed.
• Provides research support to radiologists and performs Quality Assurance tests on equipment.
• Maintains records, logs, and ensures data is uploaded to PACS and networked workstations.
• Adheres to hygiene, safety, and patient communication standards.

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology

MA Rad Tech-Computed Tomography license

Registration Rdgrphy Nuc_Med Cmputd_Tmgrphy

Certificate 1 American Registry of Radiologic Tech
