Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing or related field.
• Clinical licensure or PCB credentialing required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Function as case manager for patient caseload and maintain clinical records.
• Conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions.
• Perform ASAM-based assessments and continue care planning.
• Coordinate with family, referral sources, and outside providers.
