Responsibilities

OUTPATIENT COUNSELOR - CARLISLE, PA OFFICE

Currently offering evening shift differentials, weekly productivity bonuses, and sign-on bonus. This is a Monday through Friday position with day and evening hours (2 evenings per week).

Roxbury is proud to offer a unique opportunity to a skilled individual to be part of regenerating the Outpatient Substance Use Program. The successful candidate will be compassionate, prioritize client treatment, manage time efficiently, and offer treatment at the Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Maintain caseload per State Regulations.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely (psychosocial summary, treatment plan, progress notes, etc.).
• Provide evidence-based and approved counseling techniques and interventions.
• Conduct assessments, individual, and group sessions.
• Engage non-compliant patients with appropriate interventions.

Our outpatient program specializes in treating substance use disorders with an integrated approach for co-occurring mental health issues, including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and IOP.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology or related field with practicum preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field with one year of clinical experience required.
• Licensed counselor in Pennsylvania preferred.
