Join Our Team

We're looking for experienced outpatient coders to join our team remotely with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate has high attention to detail and extensive knowledge of medical terminology.

Preferred Qualifications: CCS certification, experience with EPIC, 3M360, and in same-day surgery, observation, plastics, mastectomy, reconstruction, spinals, orthopedics, and revenue code assignment.

Responsibilities
  • Review medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
  • Assign discharge dispositions and abstract data for reporting.
  • Communicate documentation issues and maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • AHIMA or AAPC certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of coding experience in hospital or consulting roles.
  • Experience with relevant coding specialties and software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
