Qualifications

• Maryland licensure requirements listed for multiple clinical disciplines.
• Licenses include LCADC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, LPC/LPH etc.
• Student interns in related disciplines may be eligible.
• Contractor must meet professional licensing requirements for each organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use disorder focused individual, group, and family counseling as scheduled.
• Utilize fidelity to agency treatment models and trauma‑informed, person‑centered care.
• Complete initial treatment plans within 7 days of admission and conduct monthly plan reviews.
• Maintain timely documentation in electronic health records per CARF, Medicaid, and COMAR standards.
• Coordinate care with internal staff and external providers (PCPs, housing, probation, etc.).
• Ensure crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
