Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join their Malden office. This full-time position offers a salary of $60,000-$62,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The role focuses on providing clinical services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy, with responsibilities spanning assessments, treatment planning, and meticulous documentation in the agency EHR system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Eligible for LICSW, LMHC or other clinical license.
• Familiar with trauma-informed care.
• Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to assigned caseload (individual, family and group therapy).
• Conduct CANS and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans per specified timeframes.
• Document client progress in the EHR and prepare reports for third-party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements.
