Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinician at our McDowell Health Center to provide outpatient counseling, conduct intakes and discharge planning, and support evidence-based treatment.

The role requires a Master\'s in Behavioral Health and Arizona licensure; experience with DV offenders is preferred. New grads considered; salary ranges from $57k to $70k+ depending on licensure, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Arizona licensure reimbursed when renewed as a TH employee.
• Experience with Domestic Violence offenders preferred; Behavioral Health experience preferred; new grads considered.

Schedule: Full-Time
Tues - Sat, 8:00am - 4:30pm / 8:30am - 5:00pm
Experience Treating Domestic Violence Offenders, Preferred
Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, New Grads Considered

$23.42/hr + for master's level therapists
$57,000+ for associate licensed therapists
$70,000+ for independent licensed therapists
Duties Include

• Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices.
• Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
• Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
• Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.
