Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services in Marshfield, MA, is seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will develop and oversee a diverse caseload, delivering evidence-based therapies including DBT and CBT.

Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, experience with adults, children and families in outpatient settings, and CANS certification.

Develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, catering to your preferences. Provide evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a varied clientele. Collaborate and contribute actively within a multi-disciplinary team environment to enhance client care. Commit to ongoing professional development through monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred
• CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training
• Organization and time management

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$65,000 - $105,000 USD
