• Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
• Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy.

This role is eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus with a Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field with at least 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience.

This role is Student Loan Repayment Eligible.

National Health Service Corp (NHSC) LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM - The NHSC LRP offers up to $100,000 for providers working in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) in Illinois.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job‑related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
