Job summary

New Vista in Canton, OH seeks licensed behavioral health professionals to run IOP and PHP groups, collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams, and develop patient‑centered treatment plans. This full‑time role emphasizes evidence‑based approaches and compassionate care in a supportive environment.

You will complete assessments, coordinate with PCPs and community supports, and contribute to smooth transitions from day to night teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
• Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.
• Strong group therapy etiquette and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IOP, PHP group sessions using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.
• Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
• Handle IOP and PHP groups.
