Job summary

Loma Linda University Health in Redlands, CA is seeking a Clinical Therapist (CT 1-Outpatient) to deliver clinical services, participate in case management, discharge planning, and intervene in high‑risk situations while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates with the treatment team, collateral contacts and community agencies to provide high‑quality patient care and to precept practicum students within the scope of education and training.

Qualifications

• Completion of a master's degree in social work, marriage family therapy, counseling related field or completion of a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from a regionally accepted accredited institution is required.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health care setting is preferred.
• One year of experience in an acute psychiatric facility with age specific population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical services.
