Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Georgia is seeking full-time clinicians to maintain a caseload of about 25 client visits per week and collaborate with a supportive team to close gaps in community mental health access.

We welcome professionals who can work with clients of all ages, enjoy supervision, and engage in ongoing professional development. The role emphasizes compassionate care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college/university.
• On track to obtain licensure in Georgia in designated field.
• Experience with intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfort with diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients, diagnose, create and maintain treatment plans, and perform ongoing documentation and some billing.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to serve the community.
• Employ creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating clients and constructing mental health diagnoses, creating and maintaining treatment plans, completing ongoing documentation, and billing to some extent.
• Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field in Georgia.
• Candidates should have associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia.
• Required experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
