Job summary

Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates is a multispecialty private physician practice serving the Denver metro area for over 40 years. We are seeking a Clinic Nurse to join our team and provide comprehensive outpatient nursing care, triage patient calls, and coordinate care with Providers and staff.

Ideal candidates hold an RN degree (BSN preferred) with 1–3 years of experience, strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and EMR proficiency to support Lung Health Initiative and Endobronchial

Qualifications

• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• 1–3 years' nursing/healthcare experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge for triage and patient assessment.
• Excellent patient experience in outpatient settings.
• Effective communication with patients, providers, and staff.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and escalate to APP or MD as needed.
• Schedule audio visits and follow-ups as required.
• Assist in Lung Health Initiative program coordination.
• Coordinate care and educate patients on medications and disease states.
• Maintain strong communication with Providers and clinic staff.
• Manage medications, prior authorizations, and monitoring.
• Performance of nurse visits to assess patient needs.
• Support care coordination for Endobronchial Valve candidates.
