Qualifications

• Must have completed a nursing program from an NLN-approved institution.
• Alaska nursing license active and unencumbered; current BLS.
• 3–5 years nursing experience; 2 years in the YKHC Outpatient Clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for all OPC staff, coordinating access and floor nursing orientation.
• Develop, implement and evaluate OPC training programs.
• Provide RN responsibilities and support for OPC nurses as needed.
• Coordinate EMR Raven training and village travel as required.
