Job summary

Trinity Health Medical Arts - Minot, ND is seeking an LPN for the Well Care Clinic to provide direct outpatient nursing support under supervision of providers and clinic leadership. You will perform assessments, vital signs, immunizations, and assist with minor procedures while documenting in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact LPN licensure.
• CPR required within orientation period.
• Ongoing Point of Care certifications as required for department within orientation period.
• LPN licensure evidenced by licensure.
• One year or more of LPN experience preferred.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, complete assessments, administer medications and immunizations, and support minor procedures per licensure and clinic protocols.
• Perform point-of-care testing, collect and prepare lab specimens, and document in EHR.
• Prepare exam rooms, coordinate visit readiness, reinforce patient education and follow-up instructions.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and clinic staff to support care coordination, triage needs, and continuity of services.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical spaces and adhere to infection-control standards.
• Possibly travel to satellite clinics as needed.
