Job description

A new transformational Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program, dedicated to innovative approaches in mental and behavioral health, is seeking a BE/BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for an outpatient role.

The practice aims to partner with a team member committed to providing timely, high-quality evaluations and family-centered, evidence-based treatments for common psychiatric issues affecting children, teenagers, and their families, including anxiety, mood disorders, attention issues, self-regulation, eating disorders, and substance abuse.

The Position:
  1. Salary: $375,000 base for experienced physicians
  2. Income Potential: $450,000 - $500,000 long-term with quality and production incentives
  3. Work Mix: 60% clinical, 40% administrative
  4. Housing Assistance: Available through a unique hospital program to offset high housing costs
  5. Benefits: Full package including 7 weeks PTO
  6. Focus: Patient-centered, team-oriented environment emphasizing collaboration with patients and families
  7. EMR System: EPIC
