Overview

Carle Health is seeking BE/BC Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our Behavioral Health Department in Champaign, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

  • Join a large, multidisciplinary Behavioral Health team with Adult and Child Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychometricians
  • Child Psychiatry call is 1:4; no ER call
  • Fully accredited Psychiatry Residency
  • Join an established hospital employed group practice
  • Maximum 14 patients per day
  • Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage
  • 60 - 90 minute new patient evaluations
  • Opportunity to do some psychotherapy, consult liaison, addiction psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, both inpatient and outpatient
  • Inpatient opportunities available if desired
  • Extremely established facility which is part of an integrated system with large referral base
  • Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the University of Illinois College of Medicine

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $340,000 - $345,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
