Job summary

Denver Health is seeking a mission-driven Charge Nurse (Outpatient) to join the Immunization and Travel Clinic within the Public Health Institute. You will oversee daily clinic operations, mentor staff, and coordinate outreach events with community partners.

Responsibilities include administering vaccines, reviewing records, educating patients, and supporting the care team. Bilingual candidates are preferred; Associate's Degree in Nursing is required along with RN licensure and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1–3 years nursing experience in patient care setting.
• RN license with DORA and BLS/CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and guide nursing staff and care team.
• Assess patients, educate on health and disease prevention, coordinate care.
• Plan and evaluate patient care, assist with examinations and treatments.
• Administer medications and document reassessments.
