Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M coding guidelines.
• Experience with physician education and coding audits beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Performs outpatient documentation and coding audits to validate accuracy and compliance.
• Provides feedback and education to physicians and staff on documentation and coding findings.
• Collaborates with Epic, Revenue Cycle, and coding leadership to optimize workflows and reduce denials.
