CareNational is seeking an experienced Outpatient Case Manager in Northridge, CA. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience in this role.

Position Details

• Location: Northridge, CA
• Work Setting: Hybrid (both in-office and remote)
• Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5pm or 8am to 5pm

Compensation

• Pay Range: $37.00 - $50.00 hourly (dependent on licensure and experience)

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted California RN or LVN license
• Graduate from an accredited RN or LVN program
• Current CA RN or LVN license and CPR certification
• Preferred: 3 years of acute care or case management experience
• Preferred: 2-3 years of utilization or HMO experience
• Typing speed: 40 WPM with accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
