Winchester Cardiology and Vascular Medicine is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for our Martinsburg, WV clinic. You will independently evaluate and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting, collaborating with supervising cardiologists and a supportive care team.

This role emphasizes continuity of care, patient education, and managing chronic and acute cardiac issues using EPIC EMR in a modern ambulatory environment.

Competenze

• Master's or doctoral NP degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Active West Virginia NP license on hire or eligibility.
• BLS certification on hire.
• ACLS certification on hire.
• DEA registration on hire or eligible.
• Proficient with EPIC and CMS documentation guidelines.
• Ability to diagnose, plan treatment, and manage patients across settings.

Mansioni

• Provide direct outpatient cardiology care including evaluation and ongoing management of cardiac conditions.
• Respond to patient messages and coordinate care via EPIC and other channels.
• Document encounters per CMS guidelines with comprehensive notes and informed consent as appropriate.
• Review and interpret EKGs and communicate findings to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care.
