Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Tipoical MA responsibilities include EKG, phlebotomy and EMR data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses in patient care in outpatient cardiology.
• Validate patient identifiers, prepare rooms, measure vital signs and collect specimens.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls and perform data entry in EPIC.
• Support patient flow, charting in EMR, and communication with providers.
