Intermountain Health Layton Clinic seeks a General Cardiologist for a 100% outpatient practice in Layton, UT. You will lead the clinic, collaborate with APPs, and contribute to the long-term vision for cardiology within the growing community.

The role offers a flexible schedule (4- or 5-day weeks) with compensation aligned to your preferred cadence, and no hospital or weekend calls. Board-certified CV disease, US residency, and outpatient experience are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• US ACGME Residency and board certification in cardiovascular disease.
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain one.
• Successful credentialing through Intermountain Health.
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient cardiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-only cardiology care at Layton clinic.
• Collaborate with two advanced practice providers as part of the team.
• Participate in program growth and multi-specialty collaboration.
