Job summary

Intermountain Health Cardiology in Layton, Utah, offers a unique opportunity for a General Cardiologist to expand and shape cardiovascular services in Davis County. The role is 100% outpatient with no hospital or weekend calls, supported by two APPs, in a single-site Layton clinic.

The physician will drive growth, collaborate with Ogden-based colleagues for coverage, and help define the long-term vision for cardiology services within the growing community. Utah license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school in the U.S.
• ACGME Residency in Cardiovascular Disease
• Unrestricted Utah license or ability to obtain one
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient practice experience

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-only cardiology care at Layton clinic.
• Collaborate with two Advanced Practice Providers on patient care.
• Contribute to growth and long-term planning of the Layton cardiology program.
