Job summary

This full-time role delivers therapeutic interventions to promote personal growth and resiliency for clients with behavioral health needs, while continually assessing needs and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred.
• LISW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates therapy sessions for a client or group of clients.
• Assists the care team in development and modification of treatment plans over time based on client progress.
• Conducts intake for recipients entering services and completes assessment summaries as assigned.
• Connects clients with internal and external resources per the treatment plan and coordinates with referral sources.
• Assists with discharge planning and follow-up services.
• Provides ongoing clinical supervision of practicum and internship students, and staff as assigned.
• Monitors urinalysis, breathalyzer, and other testing as assigned.
