Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• At least two years of experience working as RN.
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license and maintain approved drivers status throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, weight, height, and BMI; record in EMR.
• Staging medication consents and obtaining medication authorizations to prevent lapse.
• Administer injections, perform venipuncture, urine drug screens and pregnancy tests.
• Provide education on nutrition, medications, diagnosis, and other health concerns.
• Maintain structured clinic flow and support prescribing physicians and nurse practitioners.
